Where do you make your home fragrances?

All our home fragrances are designed and customized in MONACO. Perfumes come from Grasse, the city of all famous perfumers. All products are manufactured and assembled in France.

How do I use my home fragrance spray?

Spray generously, according to the size of your room. The fragrance will immediately be scattered in the air. Avoid spraying on painted or varnished surfaces.

How do I use my pillow mist spray?

Spray mist over your pillows and sheets before bedtime for a quiet and generous sleep. Avoid spraying on painted or varnished surfaces.

LINEN FRAGRANCE (100ml Spray)

How do I use my Linen fragrance spray?

Spray the perfume about 6 inches away (15 cm) from your linen, your clothes, curtains, bedding, sofa or the inside of your shoes. Avoid spraying on painted or varnished surfaces.

REED DIFFUSER (100ml)

How do I use my Linen fragrance spray?

Unscrew the metal cap. Remove the plastic stopper. Replace the metallic cap and then place the reeds into the glass bottle for a long-lasting scent experience. The sticks will become completely permeated within 24 to 36 hours and will properly disseminate their fragrance. Flip the reeds whenever you notice the scent fading or if you want to boost the fragrance in the room.

Avoid contact of the product with painted or varnished surfaces.

What are the safety recommendations for use perfume diffusers?

WARNING: Highly flammable. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Wash hands after handling. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. If eye contact occurs, rinse immediately with water. If eye irritation persists, consult a doctor. Do not ingest. If swallowed, call a doctor immediately. Do not expose to high temperatures or near a flame. Do not light the reeds with fire. May cause an allergic reaction.

Avoid contact with fragile furniture or painted or varnished surfaces to avoid damaging your furniture with fragrance. In case of drop or spill, clean immediately, as it may cause staining or damage to your finished surfaces.

How long does my reed diffuser last?

Depending fragrances, our tests have shown that the diffusion of the perfume lasts about 4-6 weeks.

How often should I flip the reeds?

Flip the reeds whenever you notice the scent fading or if you want to boost the fragrance in the room.

Can I dilute the fragrance with water for longer lasting effects?

No. Our fragrances are formulated with precision to bring all their essences to your home. By diluting them, you shall not prolong the life of your product and will in fact reduce the dissemination of the scent.

Can I keep my reeds and re-use them?

No. Indeed the reeds sticks are saturated by perfume after full use. The fragrance will be unable to absorb or diffuse into your room, even if you use the same fragrance.

Also you cannot re-use the reeds with another fragrance. The two essences would mix and completely denature the ambiance of your home.

How many reed sticks should I put in the bottle?

Use all the sticks delivered with your diffuser. Never use less than 4 reeds for a good burst of fragrance.

Is your reed diffusers oil or alcohol based?

All our reeds diffusers are Alcohol base in order to diffuse better in your environment.

That’s why you have to respect all the safety recommendations.

The oil base diffuser last longer but do not deliver enough scent in the room. This is our choice to deliver you our best perfumes.

Where should I position my reed diffuser?

For best result, position your reed diffuser near a source of airflow. By doing so the fragrance will spread better throughout the room. 

SCENT CANDLE (180g)

How do I use my Scent Candle?

For best flame, cut the wick to about 1 cm before any use, then every 2 hours if necessary.

What are the safety recommendations for Linen fragrances spray?

WARNING: Remove all packaging, labels and decorations before using. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles out of reach of children and pets. Keep well away from flammable items! Keep burning candles well apart (7cm) so they do not affect each other. Ensure container is undamaged.

Keep candles away from draughts, otherwise they might start to soot, burn unevenly or drip. Do not place candles near a source of heat. Place candles in an upright position. Do not leave burnt matches or any other materials in the candle wax as this may create a second flame. Never move a burning candle.

Always allow cooling before handling. Do not let a candle burn out completely. Follow these safety instructions.

Do the scented candles mitigate the smell of tobacco?

To fight against tobacco odours, it is not necessary to buy a special candle designed to act “against tobacco” odours because all of our scented candles mask disgracing smells.

Does the candles wick contain lead?

No, our candles are made with lead-free cotton wicks.

Some of our candles may have a fine zinc core to keep the wick upright – This is safe and non-toxic.

How do I reduce candle smoking?

All candles should have their wicks trimmed to about 6mm every time before burning (and have all debris removed). Also make sure the candle is not oxygen-starved and never burn candles in a draught.

Why can’t I use my candle entirely?

Extinguish the flame if it comes too close to the holder or container. For a margin of safety, discontinue burning a candle when 1 cm of liquid wax remains into the glass to avoid the risk of overheating the glass and damage to your furniture.

What can I do to remove wax from a tablecloth or a cushion?

A simple absorbent paper towel or blotting paper types allow you to remove the fallen wax drops from your lap and your cushions. Place a sheet of a textile with another below it. Use a preheated iron. With the heat, the liquid wax and will be easily absorbed.

How do I change my shipping address?

You will need to change your address in the “account” section of our site. If you have already placed an order then the new address will only take effect on your next order. . For security reasons, and to help protect you from credit card fraud, we cannot send items to addresses other than those provided to us by the site. Is it possible to have my order delivered to different addresses?

If you want to be delivered to different address, we kindly invite you to precede 2 different orders, one for each delivery address. Delivery cost may be different for each of them.

I received a product different from the one I ordered, what should I do?

Contact us by email at customer@alex-simone.com to start the refund process. Please be sure to describe the situation in as much detail as possible.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Generally, refunds can take up to 10 days to process. All refunds have to be verified for authenticity and must be submitted to our accounting department for processing.

To see your invoice, we invite you to log in to your account. Go to order history. Here you can see all your orders. Click on the order you wish to see the invoice and print.
